Privacy policy

KeptMore ("we") makes software that helps contractors price jobs and track what they keep. This page explains what information we collect, why, who it is shared with, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address and password. Passwords are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form; we can't read them.
- Your business details: business name, phone, email, logo, and the rates and percentages you enter.
- Your work: the clients, quotes, jobs and notes you enter, including your clients' names, addresses, phone numbers and emails.
- Billing: your plan and payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and stay with Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Messages: feedback you send in the app, emails you send us, and the email address and trade you give if you joined our waitlist.
How we use it
- To run the app: show your quotes and jobs, make your client PDFs and work out your results.
- To manage your trial and subscription, and to send account emails such as password resets.
- To answer you when you contact us, and to fix problems and improve the app.
We don't sell your information, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't contact your clients.
Who we share it with
Only with the companies that run parts of the service for us, and only what each one needs:
- Supabase: stores the database and handles sign-in.
- Vercel: hosts the website and app.
- Stripe: processes subscription payments.
- Resend: delivers account emails.
Information is sent to them over encrypted connections. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
The PDF quotes you create are shared only by you, through your phone's share menu or however you choose to send them.
How we protect it
- All traffic to and from the app is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Each business's data is walled off in the database, so one account can't see another's.
- Access to the systems behind the app is limited to what's needed to run it.
Cookies and your device
We use a cookie to keep you signed in. Unfinished quotes are saved on your device so you don't lose them. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information while you have an account. If your trial ends or you cancel, your quotes and jobs stay readable and are not deleted. To delete your account and its data, email support@keptmore.com from the address you signed up with. You can also ask us for a copy of your information or to correct it.
Children
KeptMore is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
